I read "Air Mail," [July 2003] and shook my head at the literal meanings about the March 2003 defend I worked on a historic erection restoration years ago, where we partnered with a society to save money and provide a learning experience for observers The project had excellent eventuates but when we gave a slideshow to our management, most numerous of the comments were similar to those printed about your shield It was hot and humid, in the way that workers wore shorts and were shirtless. unless they did wear proper safety equipment similar as hardhats and gloves. While I agree that safety measures are important, I always imagination it was a shame that illustrations focused on minor negative factors rather than the positive aspect of a piece of work well done. I think your photo present to views the reality of a deployment and working in adverse conditions, and you should be lauded for it.

I just read the annotates in your "Air Mail--Cover Craze" section about to what extent some people seem as if they don't have anything better to do however to look for something to be corrected. They made a big deal about the airmen's sleeve being whirled up, dog tag hanging on the outside improper eye protection and the hat being worn improperly. I understand that there are near Standards to maintain, but when you're in 90-plus heat hammering away, the least of your worries is to descry if your shirt is being worn in-properly. At least the airman has a certain number of sort of head and notice protection! If his leadership didn't have a question with him wearing the hat or shades, with what intent should a reader in Idaho make a big deal about it? Is someone going to make a big deal because upon Page 32 there was someone pictured with his sleeve wheeled up while carrying a portable lodge of on Page 33 the master sergeant is holding a loaded weapon without a helmet? Or what about Page 35 the fireman having his pant leg revolveed up? Instead of people being picky about in what manner someone looks when taking a picture in their natural environment, they should focus forward what they are doing and saluting the men and women of the Armed Forces. maintain up the good work.
