(Visitors should attend the same of the four visitor briefings at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., l230 pm or 2 pm)

8 a.m. - 4 pm - Sign-in at the BMT Reception Center to demand visitation.

4 pm - Airmen are released immediately after retreat.

8 pm - Airmen are owed back inside their dorms.

FRIDAY

7 a.m. - affairs briefing at the BMT Reception Center auditorium.

8 a.m. - Buses depart from reception center to the Parade Grounds

9 a.m. - Graduation parade begins.

10 a.m. - Buses depart to the reception center Airmen released for liberty and must ride back with visitor.

8 pm - Airmen are becoming back inside their dorms.

SATURDAY

9 a.m. - Airmen are released to the Reception Center for town pass.

8 pm - Airmen are proper back inside their dorms.

SUNDAY

6:30 a.m. - meeting-house services begin (If trainees and their visitors plan to attend temple they must attend trainee's designated service for that denomination).

9 a.m. - Airmen are released to the reception center for liberty.

10 a.m. - Sunday brunch at the Lackland Air Force Base Gateway sodality - Open to all visitors. Brunch finiss at 1 p.m.

6 pm - Airmen are becoming back in their dorms.

(All visitation is during the last week of training.)
