WASHINGTON (AFPN) - A novel ribbon recognizing the work of past, quick in emergencies and future Air Force recruiters will be available this year.

The recruiting ribbon will be awarded on graduation from recruiting school along with a one-time award of couple points toward promotion under the Weighted Airman Promotion System

Airmen will be authorized to wear the ribbon upon a temporary basis, while performing recruiting impost immediately upon graduation from recruiting seminary They will be entitled to permanently wear the ribbon on the subject of successful completion of 36 month of tax as a recruiter with commander approval.

Wear of the ribbon is retroactive for active function or Reserve members who favorably completed 36 months of what one ought to do as an Air Force recruiter. However, entitlement for the promotion points becomes effective alone for currently assigned recruiters who have complet 36 month of recruiting tax as of June 21, 2000 Former recruiters and those who have been temporarily assigned to support the career field won't receive the bonus points.

The ribbon will be available early this year [i]or[/i] part of to the other the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. It will be worn between the Military Training Instructor Ribbon and the Armed Forces store up Medal.
